This Privacy Statement uses the same definitions (and rules of interpretation) as those used in the Pale Blue Dawn Terms of Service, found on our terms page.

We may change this Privacy Statement from time to time in the future by uploading a revised version. The change will apply from the date that we upload the revised version.

We collect information including personal identifiers, financial and commercial information, and Internet and device information, including, without limitation, your name, job title, billing and mailing address, email address, phone number, and credit/debit card information.

We may collect information about your browsing history, search history, purchase behavior, IP address, device type, location information, and other information regarding your interaction with a particular website, application, or advertisement, including the Website, when and after you use the Website.

We collect this information from:

• You, when you choose to voluntarily provide it, including when you provide that Personal Information to us, through registration and use of Pale Blue Dawn, through any contact with us (e.g., telephone call or email, web chat), or when you buy our products and services.

We will keep your personal information:

• Until we no longer have a valid reason for keeping it.

When you delete your account, some information continues to be stored in backups.

Our data is always transmitted securely over HTTPS, passwords are kept encrypted, and our database and software are regularly checked for any potential security issues.

You can also remove the vast majority of information records from your systems from the account settings page. Use the "Delete Account" functionality and we will automatically delete the data we keep about you and your account. There may still be residual information such as error logs, emails, calendar invites, data backups, etc. that record some Personal Information about you (primarily email address, name, and any content sent via email). If you also require this information to be deleted, please contact our Privacy Officer (admin@palebluedawn.com).

We are in compliance with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). We do not knowingly collect information from minors in the United States or elsewhere with or without the consent of their parents or guardians. Children (under the age of 18) are not eligible to use the Website unsupervised, and we ask that children do not submit any personal information to us.
